Team-Development and professional Training
The performance of a company / enterprise depends largely on how well the cooperation between the employees and the various departments is working.
Every individual, team and organization can only achieve the greatest
success if they succeed in co-operation. A well-functioning teamwork is
the foundation of a successful, alive, vibrant and learning organization.
A team development-intervention can be a part of a comprehensive organisational
development or be carried out also as an independent process in yust a
sub-system of an organization.
As a experienced Supervisor and Team-Developer it's my request to accompany
you and your team individually and professionally with your process. With
a careful preliminary investigation we discuss your requests and compile
together with you the objectives.
Based on your needs and targets we will form a concept for team-development-inteventions
and will do the next steps.
My professional background
Studyes: BA in sozio cultural animation / Dipl. Psychology MA, Psychotherapyst
/ Diploma in Supervision, Organization development and Coaching BSO /
Certified Instituion-Leader, etc. in Switzerland.
Practical experience in Switzerland as a Psychotherapyst / Traumatherapyst,
as therapyst and Leader in a specialyzed Clinik for Alcohol- and Drug-Therapy
(1980-1988), leading functions in different Children-Homes / Institutions
for Children and Youth (1990 - 2005) and in Community-Development. Since
1989 I'am working as a free-lancer in Leader-Coaching, Team-Supervision
and Team- / Organizational-Development.
I dispose of a big range of methods – Indoor and Outdoor - from my wide practise experience as a supervisor and team-developer in schools, children and youth-homes, prisons as well as from community-development.
I can speak german / alemong, english and french.

ABON Vital® Vitalkost trägt dazu bei, dass sich beim Verzehr schon nach einigen Tagen das Wohlbefinden für Körper und Geist verbessert.
